It is our policy to support the Royal Mail where ever possible however due to the elevated postal charges this is only possible in limited cases, in all other cases you parcel will be delivered via UPS with a required signature.
For your convenience all orders are now despatched via courier service and in most cases will be delivered within 3 working days from placing your order. Please order before 9pm on Wednesday evening for delivery in time for a party the same weekend.

Personalised items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, our shipping costs for these items are charged at the same rate we are charged for this service and applied to the items individually at checkout. In each case the delivery charge applied is detailed against each item as a fixed shipping cost.
You will need to allow upto 28 days for the delivery of personalised items.

Party Bag Kids will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery by postal or courier services, so long as we have despatched fully paid orders within 48hrs and hold certificate of posting or proof of shipment.
All claims for non-delivery must be substantiated with an e-mail claim stating the value of the order, delivery address and full name. This will be submitted with any claim to the relevant delivery agent should the need arise.
